1. Registration includes:

2. Each paper needs to be covered by at least 1 early-bird non-student registration, otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

3. For registration at IEEE member and student registration rate, proof of IEEE membership and student status (e.g., IEEE membership number/card, student identity card) must be provided at the registration desk for collection of conference package during the conference.

4. One full registration can only cover at most 2 papers authored by the registrant. Paper IDs must be entered at the time of online registration through the web site.

Online Registration System Guidelines

• Step 1: Log in the Registration System, fill in your personal information and submit.  If you have no paper submission to APCCAS 2018, please leave it blank for Paper ID and Paper title. If you have a paper submission and the paper exceeds 4 pages, please choose "Additional Page" in “Extras” in the online registration form. 
  
  
• Step 2: Make the payment via online payment or bank transfer. For bank transfer, please submit the payment proof as required for confirmation.
  
  
• Step 3: A successful registration notification will be sent to you from the secretary after the payment is confirmed.
  
  
• Note: The IEEE PDF eXpress compliance pdf file of the accepted paper must be submitted by September 20, 2018 through Easychair System. Instructions about the submission of the final camera-ready paper and online completion of electronic copyright transfer form can be found in the paper acceptance notification email sent to the corresponding author of the paper.

Refund Policy

Regardless of reasons, the paid registration fee is not refundable.
